We individually assess each plan & offer optimal building solutions
We build your new house or commercial development property from the ground up. We cover full scope construction which encompasses all renovations, alterations and additions.
Nelfam Projects is engaged in the business of renovations, alterations and extensions to mostly existing residential and commercial properties. Our focus is also on new property developments such as corporate, retail & medical.
We have been in the business for over 20 years both in South Africa and internationally.
The corporation sub-contracts to builders and contractors in the many fields it requires to offer its services and complete the projects which are assigned to it or are awarded to it .
The scope of work incorporates construction of foundations in conjunction with architects and structural engineers. On completion of the final structure of the building with roofing pitched or flat, our specialty is on the finishes and keen attention to detail.
